TTC6050 is a high-precision and easy-to-use product designed for the carving needs of DIY enthusiasts, designers, small and micro businesses, and carpenters.

1. The machine is equipped with a large-area engraving platform of 600mm x 500mm x 100mm, which is sufficient for daily woodworking;

2. The XYZ axis adopts a linear guide drive design and is equipped with a ball screw, which improves precision during movement and engraving;

3. The machine uses durable aluminum T-track extrusions to support the MDF density board. These tracks are compatible with various fixture kits, which are convenient for configuring additional components and maintaining and replacing individual MDF density boards when needed;

4. The XYZ transmission profile adopts a sealed design, which effectively blocks dust, wood chips and metal debris from entering the transmission structure, and improves the life and operation stability of the ball screw and linear guide;

5. The X axis uses a 110mm x 42mm profile, the Y axis uses a 68mm x 61mm profile, and the Z axis uses an 80mm x 38mm profile, which makes the machine more robust;

6. The machine comes standard with a 500W spindle and can be used with Two Trees TC20 module. 65mm and 69mm fixtures are also provided for customized upgrades, such as 65mm trimmers. It should be noted that the trimmer and laser module need to be purchased separately;

7. The machine is also equipped with an infrared counter-radiation sensor. When the sensor is triggered, the machine will stop working and report an error until the problem is solved. It will continue to work;

8. The control box has a spindle stop function. When the tool needs to be changed, just press the button and the spindle will be powered off, which increases safety during use.
