Q: What is included in the interior fittings?
A: Our homes come fully fitted with all doors and windows, kitchen cabinets, bathroom toilets, washbasins, shower enclosures, as well as electrical sockets and plumbing, at no extra cost to you.
Q: Are air conditioning and underfloor heating included?
A: We recommend purchasing appliances locally. Air conditioning and heaters are not included, as we do not manufacture them, and these appliances require export certification, which would significantly increase costs and lead to delays.
Q: How are solar panels fitted?
A: A 20ft container is fitted with 12 panels, whilst a 40ft container requires an estimated 20 panels. This also requires an inverter-controller combo unit, a battery and floor-standing brackets, and there is an additional charge for this fitting.
Q: Do you provide underfloor heating systems?
A: Our factories in China do not manufacture heating systems, as the quality of our insulation materials is excellent; installing an air conditioner is sufficient for heating.
Q: Why do the prices differ from those on the website?
A: "1. The prices on the website are based on the smallest house model and are for reference only.
2. Costs will vary depending on the size of the house, internal fittings, country of destination and port of call.
3. The prices on the website are not final; we need to discuss with the customer before providing an accurate quotation.
4. We are compelled by market conditions to price in this manner. As you can see, other manufacturers list prices in the same way; if we were to state the actual costs, we would lack competitiveness and receive no enquiries. Thank you for your understanding."

Q: What material is the vinyl flooring made of?    
A: The vinyl flooring is manufactured from PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

Q: What materials are used for the house? How is insulation achieved?    
A: The wall panels are made of EPS (expanded polystyrene), with a main frame of Q235 steel strip and EPS, also known as sandwich panels.

Q: What is the delivery time?    
A: Around 15 days.

Q: How is waterproofing achieved once the house is assembled?    
A: Waterproofing strips are included with the shipment. We will provide an instruction manual and online guidance on installation and usage.

Q: Plumbing and electrical diagrams    
A: Plumbing and electrical systems are pre-installed; simply connect them to the external water and electricity supplies to use them. We can also provide plumbing and electrical diagrams.
